Rawang house

My house at Kampung Melayu Bt 16 is the first house I owed while I was still a bachelor. Thanks to the Pak Bedul because through him I got this house. I got much more to thank him because he did a major extension without I to pay his upah. He is one of the greatest person who taugh me about life. I stayed in the house for 3 to 4 years. It was the beginning of marriage life and 3 of my 4 children experiwnced staying in the house before we move to Kelana Jaya.

40 years on , after renting out to a single tenant, the house in deplorable condition. I was thinking of bringing down the whole structure and building totally a new house. On second thought the house is still good and with my wife objection , I decided to renovate the house.

The house never had a paint on it, and so I decided to paint the whole house interior and exterior.That brightened  up the house and make the interior look bigger.  I then tiled  the house with ceramic tile , and that make the house look cleaner. After some kitchen job , new wiring , bathroom upgrading roof leakage fixed , the house look like a liveable place. My final touch is on the outside of the house installing the parameter fencing and landscaping job, the house now become a new house. All in all I spend a year on this renovation costing me roughy RM 50k

I still want to do more because improving the house become something like a passion. But I have to rent it out , and since Pozi offered to stay there , I let him move in.
